Select a slab, a zone or a loop of walls, and Arka lays out a house
inside it and furnishes its zones. Arka’s models run on your
computer: nothing about your project leaves it.

What it does
An Arka menu opens the Arka palette, a dockable
palette with three tabs: Generate, Furnish and Licence.
Generate
Select a slab, a fill, a zone, a closed loop of walls, or closed
lines, polylines or arcs. Arka offers two to eight layouts inside
it, for a house or an apartment, and furnishes each. Pick one and
click Build: walls, doors, named zones, balcony
railings and the furniture, on the outline’s story. One Undo
removes it.
Furnish
Select zones, or furnish every zone on the story. Arka guesses
each zone’s type from its name, and you can correct it.
Furnishing a zone again replaces only the pieces Arka put there
before.
Good to know
The furniture is ArchiCAD objects, made in the project’s
embedded library in a folder named “Arka Furniture”.
Build uses the Door tool’s door and the wall you choose in the
palette, and adds no windows.
Generate works on one story at a time, inside an outline with square
corners.
On your computer
Arka’s models ship with the add-on and run on your computer.
There is no Arka server in between and no charge per use, and
nothing about your project leaves the computer.
Only the licence is checked online, with Lemon Squeezy: the key, and
this computer’s name when you activate it. A subscription is
checked every few days and keeps working offline for two weeks in
between.
