Select an outline, and Arka lays out a house inside it and furnishes the rooms. Arka’s models run on your computer: nothing about your model leaves it.

One Arka panel with three tabs: Generate, Furnish and Licence. Type Arka to open it, or ArkaGenerate, ArkaFurnish or ArkaLicence to open it on that tab.
Select the house’s outline: a closed curve, a hatch, a planar surface, a solid, or curves that close a loop. Arka offers two to eight layouts inside it, each furnished in a plan preview. Choose a house or an apartment, the rooms, an open plan, the wall thicknesses and the wall height. Pick one and click Build: walls, doors, windows (or none), named room outlines, balcony railings and the furniture, on layers under “Arka”. One Undo removes it.
Select room outlines (closed curves or hatches), or keep them on a layer named Rooms. Arka guesses each room’s type from its name, and you can correct it and change its furniture list: tick pieces in or out, change how many, add one. Furnishing a room again replaces only the pieces Arka put there before.
Arka’s models ship with the plug-in and run on your computer. There is no Arka server in between and no charge per use, and nothing about your model leaves the computer.
Only the licence is checked online, with Lemon Squeezy: the key, and this computer’s name when you activate it. A subscription is checked every few days and keeps working offline for two weeks in between.
